First Global is now a diversified enterprise, providing services from Manned Guarding to Logical Security, Facility Management, Investigations, Cyber Forensics, Training, and Manpower Solutions. Each unit has been thoughtfully developed to complement the others and offer comprehensive service coverage.

Our flagship Security division has powered our rapid growth, positioning First Global among India’s leading security service providers. By anticipating 21st-century threats, we’ve expanded into Integrated Facility Management, Cyber Security, Corporate Investigations, Research & Consulting, and Skill Development.

With consistent growth—over ₹505 Crores in FY 2016–17 and a 60% YoY revenue increase—we now serve more than 350 clients across 15+ industries, including many of India’s top 200 companies. Our leadership team includes experts from diverse industries, bringing operational excellence, customer-centric innovation, and strategic foresight. Together, we are reshaping the identity of First Global, setting us apart from traditional security companies.

Message from the Chairman

First Global was launched by me back in 2005, in a humble way, driven by a clear mission—Protection, Security & Intelligence. With minimal capital and a dream, I started this journey by traveling in public transport, enduring all odds, and building a small team of 3 individuals. We began in startup mode, with belief and grit as our main assets.

In just over a decade, we expanded rapidly across India and internationally, building a strong presence in the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. With 30,000+ personnel, our operations are run through a strong network—12 regional offices, 42 branch sites, and 47 training centers—delivering high-standard security and facility services.

The trust and success of First Global is reflected in our rapid growth, elite clientele, and international alliances. Since 2010, we’ve set up global offices in UAE, Bahrain, and Finland, forming valuable partnerships that elevate our standards and reach.
